The colors were spectacular even on a cloudy day. He played his flute solo at the end of the tour. He will take pictures of you and show you spots to take your own. The groups were evenly spaced between each other that you never realized anyone else was in there but your own group. First part of the tour you walk to the entrance and descend some 40 steps but everything has handrails on it and landings. Nothing to stoop under but a few little spots where you have to step one foot at a time but otherwise, very easy to move around.
If you can walk up/down stairs you are good. I was a bit apprehensive of doing the Lower Canyon but once inside its a piece of cake.
